  • You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Express: 2–3 business days

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders $100+

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide 🌍 — usually 7–21 business days depending on location.

  • Customs fees or taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking

  • Every order comes with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hrs for updates after shipping.

Important

  • Double-check your shipping info before checkout — KGNY Store isn’t responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
